You may return any new & unopened product within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit. If there is an error on our part (shipped the wrong item, for example), we will also refund any shipping charges. Since most of our products are slept on, we encourage you to visit the store to try things out before buying.


Mattresses may only be returned if they have not been unpackaged. We strongly recommend trying mattresses in person at our store location to ensure the proper fit. If there is a manufacturer’s defect, we will perform an in-home inspection to make sure it falls within the parameters of the manufacturer’s warranty.
